Apogee Accounting Solutions offers nationwide medical billing and revenue management services for mental health and medical providers. We use the extensive medical billing knowledge and expertise of AAPC certified staff to help our clients receive maximum possible reimbursement. We do not charge a set-up fee and if you currently have a practice management software that includes billing, you do not have to switch to ours. Our billing services include the following:

·       File and process insurance claims daily

·       Follow-up on unpaid claims

·       File adjustments and appeals for any denied claims

·       Submit secondary insurance claims

·       Payment posting

·       Generate customizable financial reports at no extra cost

We charge a fixed rate of 6% on the amount the insurance pays to you from successful claim processing.

Additional Revenue Management services offered: A/R management and clean-up, client invoicing, client insurance verification. Pricing may vary based on the scope of the project as well as the need of your practice.
